Guilt free strogonoff

Hey!

Everyone knows what strogonoff is, but also know that it isn't healthy of light...
What if I tell you that you can have a healthy and delicious strogonoff?



Wait no more, the recipe is bellow!

Ingredients:


* 400g of chicken; 
* 2 garlic teeth;
* 1 onion;
* 1 egg yolk;
* 200g of mushrooms;
* 1 spoon of mustard;
* 4 spoons tomato sauce;
* 2dl of quark;
* salt q.b.;
* cayenne pepper.



** Mustard and ketchup (if you prefer instead of the tomato sauce) calorie free at Prozis.


Procedure:
(1) cut the chicken in strips.
(2) Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
(3) Add the chicken and mushroom.
(4) Add the quark and the egg yolk.
(5) Mix and add the seasoning!
