No Carb Pie

Hey!
The last and maybe the most wanted of Portugal Fit's recipe is finally on the blog! 
Here I decided to make mini doses, but the procedure is the same if you want to make a regular size pie!


Ingredients:
* 250g almond meal; 
* coconut oil (you can use olive oil, ghee or others..);
* mushrooms to taste;
* spinach to taste;
* 4 egg whites;
* 2 whole eggs;
* 4 spoons of Quark;
* Rosemary;
* Salt and pepper.


Procedure:
(1) Melt 2 spoons of coconut oil;
(2) Season the almond meal with rosemary and add the oil;
(3) Add water until the consistency is moldable, but still in crumbs.

(4) Place the dough in the oven recipient and pre-heat the oven at 190º until it gets golden.
(5) Season the mushrooms and spinach with the oil in a pan.
(6) In a bowl mix the eggs, the egg whites and the quark.
(7) Lay the mushrooms and spinach on top of the dough and then add the egg mix on top of it all.
(8) Bake at 175º until is golden!
