Cream puffs with lemon curd

Hey!
Did you read cream puffs and your mouth started watering? But with some "guilt"? Forget about that! This cream puffs are healthy and still delicious! 






Ingredients for the curd:
* 150 ml lemon juice;
* 1 spoon maizena flour:
* Stevia (or other sweetener of your liking).

Ingredients for the puffs:
* 350 ml egg whites DOVO.



Procedure for the curd:
(1) Mix all the ingredients.
(2) Cook at low heat and stir.
(3) Save.













Procedure for the puffs:
(1) Beat the egg whites.
(2) Boil water in a pan. *
(3) Put spoonfuls of the puff in until it gets a cloudy look.

* You can use milk instead of water.




You can top also with cinnamon powder!
Just serve and enjoy!
